ENLOY® Ni-150

ENLOY Ni-150 is a revolutionary alloy plating process designed to replace decorative chromium on bright nickel plated parts. There is no chromium, chloride, or strong chelators in the process which makes it environmentally acceptable.

ENLOY Ni-150 is an economical process which may be plated in rack and barrel operations. It is ideal for decorative interior applications such as plumbing goods, hardware, furniture, wire goods, locks, sports tackle, and store fixtures.

ENLOY Ni-150 exhibits outstanding throw to completely cover deep recesses in complex-shaped parts. This may also increase productivity by allowing more parts per rack to be plated than in hexavalent chromium systems. No whitewash or burning occurs in processing which substantially reduces rejects and subsequent replate.

ENLOY Ni-150 is simple to run and requires no special equipment or plating procedures. It has a low metal concentration for inexpensive waste treatment. The ENLOY Ni-150 process is easily controlled by statistical process control methods to support quality assurance programs.
