BRONZEX® Electrolytic Bronze Processes
BRONZEX bronze processes provide a yellow or white color appearance and often used as precious metal undercoats. The alkaline cyanide processes are available for both rack and barrel electroplating applications.
BRONZEX SW is a fully organic brightening system that uses no heavy metal brighteners in the coating process, leaving surfaces bright and attractive and completely free of toxic additives. It easily meets oKO-TEX 100 standards, and its organic composition helps eliminate allergy problems often encountered with other nickel coatings. The BRONZEX WMF coating procedure is ammonia-free, making it extremely stable and easy to operate. It may be used as either a topcoat or undercoat for palladium, Pd/Ni, silver or gold products.
BRONZEX SW is ideally suited for clothing fasteners and custom jewellery, but may be also applied to many other products that require attractive topcoats, including electronic applications. Tests have proven it to be resistant to high temperatures and other environmental corroding elements.
